Refund policy

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Plants, trees, and other perishable items may be subject to additional restrictions or may not be eligible for returns. Please contact us for specific information on these items.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance, sale, and discounted items.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your return request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. If the item(s) are eligible for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
